Welcome to Urbano The Label. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (urbanothelabel.com), services, and products (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This website is operated by Urbano The Label (“we”, “us” or “our”). Throughout the site, “you” and “your” refer to you, the user.

By visiting our site or making a purchase, you engage in our Service and agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein (e.g. Privacy Policy, Returns Policy). 6. Orders, Billing & Payment

  • We accept payment methods listed at checkout.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason.

7. Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday; no shipments on Sundays.

  • Free shipping on orders over € 35 in the Netherlands or over € 50 elsewhere; otherwise rates auto-calculate at checkout.

  • Rates, delivery times, and country-specific conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy on the Site.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is available on the Site. In summary:

  • Returns: within 14 days of delivery, at your cost, for refund to original payment method.

  • Exchanges: within 30 days of delivery; place a new order and return original items at your cost.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or intellectual property rights.

  • Transmit malware or interfere with the Service’s security.

  • Use scraping, data mining, or automated means to access or use the Service.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

  • Use of any third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, without notice. Termination does not limit our rights to any relief to which we may be entitled.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urbano The Label regarding the Service.
